ACARIGUA, Venezuela (AP) — It was the type of celebration that is become unusual in distressed Venezuela: a luxurious location wedding of two young business owners at a dude ranch regarding the country’s vast tropical plains, a spot known because of its tough cowboys on horseback rounding up cattle — and where camps similar to this one appeal to the nation’s ever-diminishing elite.
